Fabian Escamilla

Fabian has studied music for 14 years with different instruments and styles. After graduating from Southwest High School, he earned a Bachelors of Arts in Music from the University of Incarnate Word. He currently studies classical violin with Daniel Kobialka, former Principal Second Violinist for the San Francisco Symphony. Upon graduating , he began to teach for the Southwest Independent School District to teach in the Fine Arts Department for grades 6th - 12th.  In addition, he performs with various local mariachi assembles and currently arranges and plays for Mariachi Fiesta de San Antonio.

Fabian's style of teaching allows students to learn this very technical instrument with utmost ease and comfort.  With experience teaching all ages and levels of students, he enjoys the challenge of teaching, as well as the joy derived from helping people develop a love for music.
